Session Times and Fees:
Fees are reviewed annually and adjusted to keep with local standards. Regardless of increases, your fee is guaranteed for a minimum of 1 year once you start therapy. Fees: The cost of therapy services is $150/hour. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or bank e-transfer. Individual sessions are typically 60 minutes in length (50 minutes of therapy, 10 minutes administration) - $150. EMDR sessions occasionally can take 1.5 hrs; rates are pro-rated (80 minutes of therapy, 10 minutes administration) - $225. The 10 minutes of administration time is used to collect payment, book the next appointment and update your chart notes. Can't decide?
