Evening and daytime appointments are available in a comfortable character office space in the Osborne area of Winnipeg. To request an appointment, use our Contact form, or call us at (204) 333-9234.
Cost: $85 per session.
Sessions are generally 50 minutes long, with the last 10 minutes of the hour used to collect payment, book the next appointment and update your chart notes.
Your first session will give you and your therapist an opportunity to get to know each other. You will spend the first few minutes filling out some paperwork, and you will have an opportunity to ask any questions about the therapist or the service agreement.

Counselling service is not covered under Manitoba's Health Care. Some extended health benefits plans through places of employment may provide coverage for counselling, however. See the list at right and check with your provider to find out exactly what qualifications are required in order for a counsellor to be approved for coverage.
